About

Take the talk out of the room.

Conferences record their talks, and the recordings often sit unused. Outroom turns them into clips speakers can post.

Why we started

You record the talks. Do your speakers ever see them?

A session holds more than a headline. We want to keep the idea, the context and the person behind it, then make the result simple to review and share.

  • Recorded talks often sit unused after the event.
  • Speakers are left to find or cut their own footage.
  • The best moments rarely travel beyond the room.

How we work

Our ground rules.

A person checks every clip.

AI suggests moments. A person picks them and checks every caption, name and title.

You approve everything.

Nothing reaches a speaker without the organizer’s OK.

Speakers stay in control.

Clips only go to speakers you mark as approved for public use, and they can ask for a change before posting.

No face recognition.

We match speakers from your agenda.

Who we are

The team.

Between us, we’ve co-chaired a 130-person AI symposium, run a statewide startup competition, and filmed live events for three years.
