FAQ

Questions organizers ask.

Getting started

What do you need from us?

Recordings, the agenda with speaker names and titles, your logo and colors, and which speakers agreed to public clips.

Do you film the event?

No. We work from the recordings you already capture. A clean audio feed makes the biggest difference.

What happens to our recordings?

Before you send anything, we agree how recordings are transferred, who can access them and when they are deleted. Please don’t send recordings through this website.

Speakers and permission

Do you need permission from speakers?

Yes. We only make clips for speakers you mark as having agreed to public clips, from recordings you have the rights to share.

Can a speaker ask for changes?

Yes. A speaker can ask us to fix a name or title, or to drop a moment they’d rather not share, before anything is posted.

Clips and timing

What’s in each speaker’s kit?

One to two clips in 16:9 and 9:16, with checked captions and your brand frame, plus a suggested post.

How do speakers get their clips?

Only after you approve. For a pilot we agree the delivery method with you.

When will kits be ready?

That depends on when we receive recordings. We agree timing with you for each event.

Want to try it on one session?

Tell us about your event and the recordings you have. We agree scope, price and timing with you before any footage changes hands.
